Changing your plans: Cancelling or moving your booking is free with at least 24 hours' notice. Send a change request from your Lavenda request page, or call or WhatsApp 0790 516 361. With less than 24 hours' notice, or if nobody is home when the team arrives, you may be asked to cover the team's transport cost. If Lavenda needs to move your booking, you will hear as early as possible and agree a new time together.
