- Hours
- Sunday to Friday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm. Closed on Saturdays.
- Getting back to you
- Expect a reply within 2 hours during working hours. Requests sent after 6:00 pm, or on a Saturday, are answered the next working morning.
- Paying
- Pay the full amount once the work is done. - Changing your plans
- Cancelling or moving your booking is free with at least 24 hours' notice. Send a change request from your Lavenda request page, or call or WhatsApp 0790 516 361. With less than 24 hours' notice, or if nobody is home when the team arrives, you may be asked to cover the team's transport cost. If Lavenda needs to move your booking, you will hear as early as possible and agree a new time together.
